DISC Assessments

DISC is a validated assessment used by tens of millions of people to improve their lives, interpersonal relationships, work productivity, team work and communications. The DISC Personality System is the universal language of behavior introduced in 1926 by Dr. William Marston. Research has shown that behavioral characteristics can be grouped together in four major segments called personality styles. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioral characteristics. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity.

This behavioral assessment is available for individuals or can be delivered as part of a teambuilding workshop.

Assessments can be provided as a self-scored card or through an Internet link.

A comprehensive report and optional coaching are available to facilitate participants in developing strategies to meet the demands of their environments.

Reports measure four dimensions of normal behavior:
  • Reponding to problems and challenges

  • Influencing others to your point of view

  • Responding to pace of the environment

  • Responding to rules/procedures set by others
